Rivera1 (1) Breakvision consulting, www.breakvision.cl, La Serena – Chile Resumen Este artículo aborda la temática de las organizaciones y su comprensión desde la posmodernidad, especialmente desde las narraciones y conversaciones que se generan al interior de estas, y como las conversaciones son capaces de modelar el mundo de experiencias de la misma, generando posibilidades para el crecimiento y desarrollo. Se concibe el construccionismo social como la epistemología base para la comprensión de las conversaciones dentro de la organización, ofreciendo un marco de referencia para su estudio, para lo cual se efectúa un análisis bibliográfico como eje metodológico de esta contribución. A partir del análisis realizado, se concluye que si bien los postulados postmodernos ofrecen un amplio abanico de teorías provenientes de diversas ciencias, estas han sido enfocadas a brindar un cambio paradigmático fundado en los estudios abarcativos de las ciencias, de forma de entregar distinciones que posibilitan una aproximación a las organizaciones. Abstract The article covers the topic of organization and understanding from postmodernism, especially since the stories and conversations that are generated within these, and as the conversations are able to model the world of the same experiences, creating opportunities for growth and development. Social constructionism epistemology conceived as the basis for understanding conversations within the organization, providing a framework for study, for which a literature review and methodological focus of this contribution is made. From the analysis, it is concluded that although postmodern principles offer a wide range of theories from various sciences, these have been focused to provide a paradigm shift based on the wide scope of science studies, in order to provide distinctions that enable an approach to organizations.
